 Did you know that we offer a referral bonus? Here’s how it works:

Send a completed referral form along with the resume of the person you are referring in one of the following ways:
1. Fill out the form and attach the person’s current resume in Word document format
2. Print out the form to fill in and mail with a copy of the resume to:

3. Fax form and resume to Heather Hines at 248-833-8001

• Employees and non-employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• You must personally forward the resume of your referral.
•

You will be notified of receipt as soon as possible and will be informed of the eligibility or rejection of the referral at the same time.

a.  An “earliest received” policy will apply in the event your referral has already been submitted by another person.

b. Resumes will not be accepted if they are already in the Jawood database.

• A referral bonus will be paid after the referred person has been placed by Jawood and works full time for 6 months; OR, after a part-time referral works 1000 hours.  Employment can be interrupted as time worked is cumulative.
• If placement of your referral cannot be accomplished within 6 months from receipt, your eligibility for the referral bonus is lost. 
• The amount of bonus money paid is determined by Jawood management.  Management’s decision is final.  See your Account/Employee Manager for more details.
• Jawood corporate employees and their families are excluded from the referral program.
