Did you know that we offer a referral bonus?

If you know of anyone who would consider making a change of employment or who might be looking for employment anywhere in the nation, send us their resume. You could earn bonus dollars if we place the person. Check out the rules below.

Here’s how it works:

Send in the information required along with the resume of the person you are referring in one of the following ways:

1.	Fill in the spaces below and attach the person's current resume, preferably in MSWord document format. Click to submit.
2.	Print out this page, fill in the blank spaces and mail it, along with a copy of the resume to: Jawood, Attn: Heather Hines, 5750 New King Street, Suite 330, Troy, MI 48098
3.	Print out this page, fill in the blank spaces and fax it, along with a copy of the resume to: Jawood, Attn: Heather Hines, Fax #248-833-8001 Remember to send your referral's resume with this form no matter how it is submitted!

RULES:

•	Any individual can submit a resume for the Jawood Referral Program but agents or sponsors of the referred party are not eligible.
•	You must personally forward the resume of your referral.
•	You will be notified of receipt of the resume as soon as it is received and will be informed of the eligibility to receive a referral bonus as soon as possible. a. Resumes will not be accepted if they are already in the Jawood database. b. An "earliest received" policy will apply in the event your referral has already been submitted by another person within the past 6 months.
•	You will be notified of the date of hire of your referral as soon as possible after the referred person has begun work for Jawood.
•	The referral bonus will be paid after the referred person has been placed by Jawood and works full time for 6 months; OR, after a part-time referral works 1000 hours. Employment can be interrupted as time worked is cumulative.
•	If placement of your referral cannot be accomplished within 6 months from receipt, your eligibility for the referral bonus is lost. You can, however, resubmit the referral as often as you like.
•	The amount of bonus dollars paid is determined by Jawood management. Management's decision is final.
