Referral Bonus

Did you know that we offer a referral bonus?

If you know of anyone who would consider making a change of employment or who might be looking for employment anywhere in the nation, send us their resume. You could earn bonus dollars if we place the person. Check out the rules below.

Here’s how it works:

Send in the information required along with the resume of the person you are referring in one of the following ways:

1.	Fill in the spaces below and attach the person's current resume, preferably in MSWord document format. Click to submit.
2.	Email your referral's information and MSWord resume to heatherhines@jawood.com. Please indicate this is a referral in the subject line of the email.

RULES:

•	The referral bonus will be paid after the referred person has been hired/placed by JAWOOD and works full time for 3 months; OR, after a part-time referral works 500 hours within 12 months of referral submittal
•	No limit to the amount of referral bonuses you can earn
•	An "earliest received" policy will apply in the event your referral has already been submitted by another person
•	Your referral must be hired/placed by JAWOOD within 1 year. If your referral is not hired within 12 months, you must resubmit your referral to continue referral bonus fee eligibility
•	Bonus eligible referrals must be submitted to Heather Hines (heatherhines@jawood.com) and must include the name, resume, and contact information of the person you are referring
•	JAWOOD corporate employees and their families are excluded from the referral program
•	Any individual can submit a resume to the JAWOOD, agents or sponsors of the referred party are not eligible for a referral bonus fee
•	Referrals will not be eligible if the referred candidate is already in the JAWOOD database
•	The referral program rules are determined by JAWOOD management and are final
